NO ZIPPERS, NO SEWING, NO PROBLEMS
Our screens are edged with a low friction tape wrapped around a PVC cord. This continuous edging is applied with Automated RF (Radio Frequency) welding machines. This specialized process fuses the layers of material in a highly controlled manner. It’s a process so strong we also use it to make our hurricane screens.
SELF-ADJUSTING TRACKS
Our tracks automatically apply proper tension to the screen. What looks like a one piece track is actually made of three aluminum extrusions. Two outer sections house a moveable inner section. The inner section moves with the screen while specifically designed springs maintain proper screen tension. The system is that it eliminates any need for adjusting screws or magnets and is virtually maintenance-free.
NO BLOWOUTS
It is the exclusive retractable screen system that remains securely in its tracks. Our innovative screen guide ensures a seamless transition from reel to track, preventing any risk of the screen slipping out. Paired with our intelligent motors, it instantly halts downward motion to maintain track alignment and screen stability.
STRONG CORNERS
It is the only retractable screen that integrates the bottom track, the side tracks, and the screen with injection molded components to lock all three components together. This is a vastly superior system to any other retractable screen.
LEVEL SCREENS
Our reel compensators allow the screen edges to be adjusted to fine tune how the screen will roll up. This affects the bottom track angle and allows adjustment as needed to achieve a perfectly level appearance.
SMART MOTORS
Screens adapt your patio to the weather in seconds. Somfy smart motors sense obstacles automatically and they can even control screen deployment on windy days. If your home is smart too, our motors will even integrate with your home automation system.
